The artists Francesco Bruni and Andrea Rocca will present the project “From – To, Maps” for the third contemporary exhibition in the new space in Siena in Via della Sapienza, 35 from July 25th to August 26th.
Their artistic researches, however different, find a common point in design and meet in this exhibition that will lead us to the evolution of travel, an opening to other worlds as a concept of discovery and integration to bring us back to a new awareness of ourselves and what surrounds us, after these two years of arrest.
FRANCESCO BRUNI, Tuscan conceptual artist will present his 3D works dedicated to the city and to means of transport such as boats or bicycles that can take us far away and lead us on an intimate and profound path to start dreaming and feeling free again.
ANDREA ROCCA, artist and designer from Milan who prefers Pop Art, instead, will present a series of works inspired by vintage and advertising posters, leading us by the hand through various Tuscan locations back to a distant time which, despite the passing of time, are still travel destinations that endure as myths over time.
The exhibition wants to be a tribute to the meaning of the journey through history, as the evolution of a social practice essential for living and having awareness of ourselves and others.
